Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mojew India

At Mojew India, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order and the process for obtaining a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible

After Shipment:

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return and refund once you receive the product (refer to the Return and Refund section below).

2. Return and Refund

Return Eligibility:

  • You may return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mojewindia.com or call us at +91-9257595791.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@mojewindia.com or call us at +91-9257595791 to request a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mojewindia.com or +919257595791. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
